Product grammar
Readable at the surface. Exact underneath.
QuietPedia is a claims-and-evidence system with human publication authority, not a free-form article editor with nicer citations.
Core objects
Seven bones.
V1 stays deliberately small so the semantics are visible and testable.
Entity
A place, community, organization, practice, event, source, or approved public profile with a stable identity.
Claim
A proposition with subject, scope, evidence pointers, review state, and publication state.
Evidence
A precise pointer to the source object that supports, contradicts, or qualifies a claim.
Variant
A structured way to preserve local, temporal, linguistic, or interpretive difference without flattening it.
Review
The human judgment that moves a proposal toward approval, dispute, rejection, more evidence, or local-only status.
Projection
A public rendering authorized from reviewed node state. The projection is not the node itself.
Receipt
Evidence that a meaningful transition—review, approval, deploy, rollback, correction, supersession—actually occurred.
The claims-court posture
Disagreement is knowledge.
QuietPedia should be able to show two conflicting views, the evidence attached to each, the place and time in which each applies, and what remains missing. A dispute is not a blemish to hide in vague prose.
Interfaces
Four faces of one graph.
The public website is only one of them.
Reader / researcher
Search, browse, read, inspect claims, inspect evidence, and see disagreement at quietpedia.org.
Node projection
An entity's own public site can carry its language, aesthetic, and community voice while sharing QuietPedia bones.
Steward workspace
Sources, proposals, review, translation, dispute, private/local state, and publication gates.
Companion interface
Natural-language research and bounded contribution over the same structured claim/evidence graph.
